Meet Jose, our Mixologist. He hand-makes the wonderful products that we all love. The time and care that goes into making all-natural products is immense, and he does it all with a smile on his face. Read below for our interview with him, and a get a glimpse into the making of some of your favorites!

What is the favorite part of your job?

I guess it would be a tie between the people at EDM and the fact that each day is a little different, it never gets boring.

What is the most challenging parts of your job?

The all natural route does make formulating some products more challenging but its way more rewarding when you finally get it.

What do you love about your city?

The friendly atmosphere for sure. Very friendly, welcoming, and diverse city.

What event in your city do you look forward to every year?

Austin City Limits Music Festival is always a good time.

What healthy living tips can you provide?

I recently started counting calories and I've dropped 14 lbs. I feel way healthier and hopefully next time I'm on the blog I'll be even healthier.

What's your favorite product to make and why?

At the moment it would have to be our new blushes because I'm always curious to see how people like new products.

What are you most excited about right now?

My trip to San Jose to visit one of my oldest friends I group with In southern California.

What is your favorite food and restaurant?

Pluckers Wing Bar. In my opinion best wings in Austin.

What music are you listening to right now?

Johnny Cash A Boy Named Sue.

What is your favorite place that you've traveled/where do you want to travel?

Zacatecas Mexico with its beautiful colonial architecture and my family roots. I would really like to go to Australia or anywhere in Europe. Really anywhere an airplane will take me will be fine. Now it is your turn to ask Jose your question in comments.
